2024 -Sunderland Sings Yr2 Choir
On Wednesday 19th June 2024 our school choir attended Sunderland sings, hosted by Sunderland Music Hub at the Empire theatre Sunderland. This year the theme was celebrating the Olympics singing songs from around the world to celebrate a summer of sports. The children have showed amazing commitment to choir and have been rehearsing 10 songs after school in preparation for this event. Mrs Corsi and Mr Shanks have dedicated hours of their time to ensure the children were able to have this fantastic opportunity. We are incredibly proud of the children and how they represented the school. The afternoon was a huge success and the children sang with confidence, WELL DONE CHOIR!
